The hygienist was wonderful and thorough. However, someone within the office didn’t review my file thoroughly and decided to cancel my appointment for a filling that was scheduled six months ago. My original appointment was for 4:30pm, which I confirmed a few days prior via email. Someone in the office decided to change my time to 5pm. They did call my home phone but didn’t leave a message. When I arrived at 4:20 for my supposed 4:30 appointment, no one informed that the time was changed until I asked at 4:50. My husband and I have been at this practise for 15 years and this is the first time I have felt like looking for another dentist.

Like most people, I hate going to the dentist but this team makes it quite pleasant - very well organized and positive!

Although I enjoy your practice, my last visit was confusing. The dentist came in during my cleaning session and talked about wisdom tooth extraction, but when I came to pay the receptionist asked me if I wanted to book an appointment for fillings. I was not aware until that point that I needed them. I think the communication needs to be much better.

I was told that my teeth looked good by both the dentist and the Karen. This morning they were tender and began to ache this afternoon.

My experience from start to finish receptionist, hygienist and doctor, was very good, all were friendly and effecient. Brooke explained everything to me step by step and Dr. Kwok did too. I was pleased with my cleaning so far. I was a little shocked at all the work needed done, as my former dental office told me my teeth were very good, so didn’t expect to hear that I needed so many fillings. However, it will be good to get everything done. Thank you Carol
