I'm sorry I have forgotten my new hygienist name. A southpaw. She was very informative, took the time to show photos of purple stain on teeth, and how to be proactive at home. She was early, my appointment was for 12:00 and I was in my car by 12:18. That's my kind of trip to dentist office. 4 Star rating, would have given a 5 star had the visit been free! Just Kidding. Always happy with your dental office,but Sarah was in the chair getting cavity filled and dentist said she had another one to be done. That's fine but why not while she's already in the chair! She was brought in 10 mins before her appt time and done within 10 or 15 mins. Knowing we are loyal patients who cone all the way from oshawa, you'd think this would have been offered. You were moving along quickly that day.

I have been taken care of by the staff at Beaverton Dental Care for many years now. The courtesy and professionalism is top notch, and all the staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and considerate of your needs. I would have no reservations about recommending their services to friends or family looking for nothing but the best of care!

The hygienist was wonderful and thorough. However, someone within the office didn’t review my file thoroughly and decided to cancel my appointment for a filling that was scheduled six months ago. My original appointment was for 4:30pm, which I confirmed a few days prior via email. Someone in the office decided to change my time to 5pm. They did call my home phone but didn’t leave a message. When I arrived at 4:20 for my supposed 4:30 appointment, no one informed that the time was changed until I asked at 4:50. My husband and I have been at this practise for 15 years and this is the first time I have felt like looking for another dentist.
