As someone who has always hated going to the dentist, Beaverton Dental is the most welcoming dental office I’ve ever been to. I’ve now been there 3 times and each one has been with different staff members and they have all been so welcoming and friendly. Even now with COVID-19, I have no concerns over safety. They have such a great team working for them

It was with great trepidation that I went to Beaverton Dental Office yesterday. Going to the dentist has always terrified me. Dr. Sou acknowledged my fear and nervousness right away and assured me that everything would be fine. He took the time to explain that we could take a break at any time I felt panicked or overwhelmed. He was true to his word and we took a few short breaks during which he reassured me and told me I was doing great. I told him my jaw was in a lot of pain and he provided a solution by way of a bite block (I think that what it was called). During the short breaks he removed the block and massaged the sore area. He provided progress reports throughout. By the end of the appointment I felt like I was part of the whole thing and that we got through it as a team. He was a very thoughtful and caring man. Highly recommend him.

Had it not been for a lost filling I still would not have made a visit, during the pandemic. It was reassuring with all the precautions put in place to help reduce the spread of COVID. Thank you

Doctor Sabri is excellent at her profession. She is very pleasant and takes pride in providing the patient with the best service possible.

I have been a patient? client? since Dentistry by the Bay opened almost 20 years ago, and I have always been extremely satisfied by the level of care, talent, and professionalism of the staff. During Covid-19, I was impressed by the level of precautions taken in order to maintain a safe environment.

My brother was welcomed to the practise. A number of forms were sent to me prior to the visit which I appreciated as I could then accurately fill in as I was able to have information at hand. His experience was positive as the receptionist welcomed us and went through covid protocols. The doctor explained procedures, what needed to be done and what future visits would entail. I appreciated that a calm and reassuring atmosphere was established as the dentist office is not our most favourite place to be. The doctor during the dental examination was gentle and thorough. We would recommend this office.
