I was there yesterday to have some fillings. The needles for freezing were very painful. Today I have pain along the right side of my upper jaw which goes around to the front of my jaw as well and I have a fat lip on my front left side.

I've needed work done far too long and put it off because of fear, shame, and affordability. I had convinced myself I was beyond help, and wished I could just start over. Beaverton Dental's promotion prompted me to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. I was never made to feel judged, or like a burden for waiting too long; I was made to feel comfortable. Kim has been so kind and confident that I could turn things around. Everyone I encounted has made me feel welcome and hopeful. And what a difference even after just my first visit! I feel like I got that chance to start over after all.

I have been attending your practice for several years, and have always been happy with the service. I also have never had to cancel an appointment. However, I have recently relocated my workplace, and had to cancel my children's appointments 1 day prior to their appointment. I spoke to Michelle at your front desk, and she was very rude in advising me about your 2 business day cancellation policy and went on to argue with me about how to cancel an appt. Needless to say, you have lost my families business. Thanks.

Kimberly takes the time to thoroughly examine and clean teeth. Listens to dental concerns and looks to correct then.
