The last time I was in for a cleaning Natashia was awful. She sprayed water on the back bridge and I jumped (so much pain). She told me if I could not take it I could leave. I have never been treated like that before. I am now going to another dentist and they realized I had a large cavity under the bridge which is why I jumped when water was sprayed directly on it. I was not impressed with how I was treated. Hopefully she is not working there anymore.

All good! Tammy is very gentle - which I really appreciate, my teeth are very close together- which makes it difficult to floss. I know I don’t use my water pik as often as I should. However, Tammy is able to work her magic. Happy Valentines Day!

Once again, a positive experience! Tammy is one of the best and of course I am one of Dr. Handler’s biggest fans. The exit process was smooth and quick. A great staff all round.

I was sorry to hear that Brooke, the hygienist I usually saw for my cleanings, had left the practice. I was booked with Tammy for Wed. Oct. 30th and could not have been more pleased with my experience! Tammy is friendly, gentle and very thorough. Tammy is now my “go-to” hygienist! As always the front office staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Another good experience. Thank you.

My entire family has been coming here for as long as I can remember. We adore the staff as they care deeply.

It is with regret that I have to try and find a new dental clinic as this one does not accept the new insurance plan. The service is good, it's too bad. The owner(s) of this establishment should be taxed and penalized as they must be in violation. The owner(s) are despicable and the practice should be shuttered or changed. I do not understand their reluctance and they probably will lose customers. They aren't the only office the vicinity but they act like it. The dental work was top notch but the receptionist was not.

It is a shame that I will have to seek another dental clinic because this company does not accept the new insurance plan. I have been going to this establishment for 25 years and have spent tens of thousands of my hard earned money. They do not care about anybody that does not have insurance. The owner of this company should be ashamed of themselves.
