The hygienist was wonderful and thorough. However, someone within the office didn’t review my file thoroughly and decided to cancel my appointment for a filling that was scheduled six months ago. My original appointment was for 4:30pm, which I confirmed a few days prior via email. Someone in the office decided to change my time to 5pm. They did call my home phone but didn’t leave a message. When I arrived at 4:20 for my supposed 4:30 appointment, no one informed that the time was changed until I asked at 4:50. My husband and I have been at this practise for 15 years and this is the first time I have felt like looking for another dentist.

Hi Lisa, I was made aware of the error yesterday and we reviewed your file in detail. This is not something we take lightly and are investigating to see where it went wrong. We will be in touch with you today to discuss this further. I can only apologize for the mistake and hope you don't take this as the reason for leaving our practice. We hope you and your family remain patients for years to come. On a side note, I am happy to hear your hygienist did a great job! I will pass that along to Brooke.
