Very Poorly

My appointment was set up back in July 2021 for 11:00 am on Nov 3. I was to see the dentist for some quick work, 15 minutes, which could have been confirmed with the dentist and then a cleaning to follow. Even if you allowed 1/2 hour for the dentist, the cleaning should have begun at 11:30. After leaving the dentist at 11:15, I was sent to the waiting room to wait for my cleaning. After 1/2 hour, I asked how much longer it would be and was informed that the cleaning was scheduled for 12:20, a full hour and 5 minutes after the dentist. Nothing was mentioned to me about the cleaning not starting until 12:20. Unacceptable wait time. Left.

Hello Blake, Thank you for your feedback. We investigated your concern and although the original appointment time booked with Dr. Sabri was 1hr, she was able to complete your treatment quicker which resulted in a longer wait time than expected to see your hygienist Tammy. We do apologize for the added time in the reception area and although we had booked it efficiently, Dr. Sabri's speed was not taken into account when Tammy was already with a patient. We do hope to see you back in the office and will make every effort to have you seen without wait added wait time.
